GOOD PEOPLE
GREAT HANDSHAKES
REMARKABLE WORK
The way we set-up our team and find the balance between in-house services and subcontracting is motivated entirely by three things:
1.) good people - workmates we want to be around;
2.) great handshakes - honesty and reliability; and
3.) remarkable workmanship - whatever it takes to create best quality outcomes in our work.
Our team is constantly evolving to suit our work in those ways.
To find out a little about our key people and their experience leading them up to this point read on below.
Leadership
Daniel
Director
Hi, I'm Daniel and piling has been in my life for as long as I've known.
I worked in the family piling business through school before studying construction management and venturing off with Abigroup (LendLease) and UNOPS.
Piling was ingrained in me enough that I couldn't not focus on it and in 2016 had the opportunity to start Heavy Foundations Pty Ltd for the local industry relationships and to attack the work with some pride.
Chris
Apprentice Growth & Site Supervisor
Chris is The Heavies powerhouse for getting it done ...with a smile.
Despite being addicted to piling (as anyone who's been on site with him can tell) with many years experience, captain Chris was first a teacher by trade. For us, his ability to help everyone else in our wider team maximise their own capabilities is Chris' best of many traits.
